Halifax, Nova Scotia, September 7, 2006: SolutionInc Limited (TSX-VEN:STL) and Pacrim Hospitality today announced that they have formed a strategic technology alliance. SolutionInc will provide total technology solutions to Pacrim Hospitality hotels as well as introduce them to new technologies and innovations.
Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc., one of Canada’s largest independently owned hotel development and management companies and SolutionInc Limited, a leader in Internet management provisioning and billing signed a cooperation agreement. The companies will join forces to improve broadband access and in-room entertainment and technology options for Pacrim Hospitality’s hotel guests.
Pacrim Hospitality currently owns and/or manages 31 hotels and has plans to bring one to two hotels a month into its portfolio in the next five years. SolutionInc has been working with Pacrim Hospitality for eight years and has installed its SolutionIP™ software system in several hotels including the Radisson Suite Hotel Halifax, Nova Scotia; the Holiday Inn Express Moncton, New Brunswick; and Super 8 Motel Fort McMurray, Alberta.
