Paul Kent has enough workers to staff his technology-based business today, but the president and CEO of xwave says that in a few years the situation could get scary.
"I look at my aging workforce and the business growth opportunities, and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little concerned," Mr. Kent said Thursday at the launch of a technology awareness campaign aimed at Nova Scotia high school students across the province.
