Azorus Inc., a Halifax firm that develops post secondary education recruitment software, has received a $500,000 funding injection from GrowthWorks Atlantic Ltd..
"That’s going to help us facilitate our growth strategy," Azorus CEO Stephen MacDonald said in an interview on Wednesday.
Azorus was founded in 2002 by Mr. MacDonald and company president Bruce Roberts, who saw a business opportunity in students’ increased use of the Internet when they were deciding where to pursue their post-secondary education.
