A Dartmouth company has received a strong vote of confidence from the town of Cobourg, Ont., for its electronic voting system.
Cobourg was one of eight Ontario municipalities that used Intelivote Systems Inc. technology in recent elections.
"It worked very, very well for us," Susan Dawe, the town’s deputy clerk, said Friday, adding the company showed in-depth knowledge of the election process and attentiveness to the municipality’s needs.
