 Province boasts of making road conditions available online

Nova Scotians will soon be able to check accurate and up-to-date weather, construction and road conditions online.

The Department of Transportation and Public Works plans to implement a new web-based road condition reporting system sometime this winter.

According to a news release issued recently by Telenium, the Winnipeg communications company contracted to provide the system, drivers will be able to access information for the province’s main and secondary highways with a click of the mouse...
