Halifax, Nova Scotia – July 27, 2007: SolutionInc Technologies Limited (TSX-VEN:STL), a leader in Internet management, provisioning and billing, announced today the release of its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2007 (Fiscal 2007), including re-statement of its previously issued unaudited financial statements for periods ended June 30, 2006 (Q1 2007); September 30, 2006 (Q2 2007); and December 31, 2006 (Q3 2007).

The reported net loss for Fiscal 2007 represents an improvement of $1,205,621 over Fiscal 2006.  The Company reported a net loss for the year ended March 31, 2007 of $562,296 compared to a loss of $1,767,917 for the previous year ended March 31, 2006.  The full Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition of Results or Operations (MD&A) are available on www.sedar.com

Financial highlights for the year ended March 31, 2007 compared to the year ended March 31, 2006:

§         Revenues increased by $779,564 or 32% to $3,178,775 from $2,399,211.  This included three consecutive quarter-over-quarter revenue increases for Q2 2007 to Q4 2007 as compared to Q2 2006 to Q4 2006.

§         Operating costs have decreased by $578,600 or 15% to $3,374,305 from $3,952,905.  Due to the Company’s initiatives to decrease costs of operation in order to enhance profitability, it is pleased to report that the majority of costs are down over fiscal 2006.

§         EBITDA improved by $1,164,960 from an EBITDA loss of $1,264,131in Fiscal 2006 to an EBITDA loss of $99,171 in Fiscal 2007.  The Company experienced three straight quarters of positive EBITDA (Q4 2007 - $15,492; Q3 2007 - $53,980; Q2 2007 - $33,453) to close out Fiscal 2007.

§         The Company’s balance sheet has improved as illustrated by the reduction in shareholders’ deficiency from a deficiency of $3,213,090 in Fiscal 2006 to a deficiency of $633,211 in Fiscal 2007, due to the private placement proceeds and conversion of shareholder loans to equity.
