Halifax, Nova Scotia -- October 23, 2007: SolutionInc Technologies Limited (“SolutionInc”) (TSX-VEN:STL) announced today that the previously announced Letter of Intent to purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Line 4 Communications Inc., from Armshore Investments Limited and 51% of the issued and outstanding shares of Pelatis BPO Solutions Inc., from Pelatis BPO Limited has been terminated upon the agreement of SolutionInc, Armshore Investments Limited and Pelatis BPO Limited.
