there is no extensive trainng, we hit the fllor we little background knowledge, and even less support. Minacs has systems that lack effiency but instead of correcting the problem, they overwork their employees. almost everyday there is someone on the floor who breaks down including myself on more than one occassion. maybe hiring more people will help with the OVERFLOW of calls that will contribute to making us feel less like slaves, but by far 12 something an hour is not enough to pay people to feel this way
