Nexient to Commence Trading Under the Symbol “NXN” effective June 22, 2006

HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA – June 21, 2006 – CrossOff Incorporated, the parent-company of Polar Bear Corporate Education Solutions, CDI Education and Acerra Learning, is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name from CrossOff Incorporated to Nexient Learning Inc. The Company will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new trading symbol “NXN” effective at the market open on June 22, 2006. The Company has also launched a new website at www.nexientlearning.com.
